Serani restaurant — Restaurant in Lefkada Municipality

Stopped by with my wife and was sooo disappointed. Gianni was more interested in giving hugs to young women walking in front of his business. We had lamb chops which my wife enjoyed, I had the kokkinisto beef which was supposed to have potatoes and carrots which it didnot have , it was supposed to be with rice which they forgot. 10 minutes later it came but my beef was cold as was the rice. We also had horta, which was the best part of the meal, I asked the server about the wifi password, iam still waiting. I than asked the server for mitsithra cheese for my meal, iam still waiting. By the tine the owner brought me parnesan cheese my meat and rice cold. Time for bill I asked the owner, 10 minutes later I asked the server, another 10 minutes I asked the owner but he was still trying to get hugs from young women. What a cree!p! Big...

Ended up coming twice, and loved it both times. Best food we ate on our holiday in Lefkada (and best service too!). The grilled octopus here was the best we had in Lefkada, far superior to another nearby restaurant which google claimed was the best.🤭 Moussaka was also the best flavour, and good portion size. Bediening was echt matig. Twee die de lunch deden liepen zich helemaal gek en zweet stond op hun rug en een gozer die strandbedjes en drankjes deed, had niets te doen. Maar bij hem kon je geen eten bestellen. Heb hem alleen maar met zijn handen over elkaar gezien. Als belletje vd keuken ging hielp hij zelfs niet. Lekker collegiaal. Anyway! Belangrijkste is: Bestel geen Ceasar Salade!! Slechtste die ik ooit heb gehad. Leek er een beetje op, maar de kok heeft nooit de ingrediënten bestudeerd. Sla was niet de juiste, bacon die te hard gebakken was in plaats van kip, kikkererwten, tomaat horen er niet in en dressing kwam niet in de buurt. Gele smakeloze kant-en-klaar troep. Gepocheerde ei was er overheen gevlogen, ansjovisfilets ook niet gezien, wel wat croutons, maar dat was enige juiste ingrediënt! O ja, goedkope stront kaas ipv van parmasaanse kaas. Serieus deze kok moet zich doodschamen. Wat een rip off! Google even klassieke Ceasar op internet. Tenzij je gewoon de boel wilt blijven belazeren en veel geld wild verdienen.
