Cafe Alexandros — Restaurant in Municipality of Agios Nikolaos

One of the best cafes that I've seen period!! Let alone a cafe in a random village on top of some mountains in mid-east Crete! THEY HAVE A PS5!!! Plenty of computers to do work on or just have a multi-match with mates! Very easy to feel home there with two varieties of Pool tables, darts, books, board games had missing pieces tho, there's a mini market inside it. Only thing is that their kitchen is a bit limited to club sandwiches and toasts, so don't expect fine dining, but DO expect an incredibly chill time with good drinks. If you're staying in the village a bit spending a day there is worth it tho be mindful not to waste too much time there cuz it's easy to feel too home in there with all the games and cozinesses! Spent 50+ euros for two people for 8 hours of staying there with two meals each and drinks and loads of games....

I didn't have a great experience, but I think it was a language issue. The waitress asked me what I wanted (as a greeting) and didn't offer a menu. I'm sure it was a miscommunication, but I don't think I'd go here again if other places were open.

Δεν μας επέτρεψαν να κάτσουμε με το σκυλάκι μας ( μικρόσωμο, γέρικο, μίλια δεν έβγαλε ) στον έξω χώρο πάνω στο πεζοδρόμιο και μας έδιωξαν κακήν κακώς. Δεν υπήρχε κανένας άλλος στο μαγαζί, παρά ένα ζευγάρι τουριστών που κάθονταν λίγο πιο εκεί. Πόση ώρα να καθόμασταν, ένα τέταρτο ( και πανω στο πεζοδρόμιο τονίζω! ) ; Δεν θα πληρώναμε για τον καφέ νομίζετε; Ορισμένες φορές πρέπει να αφήνουμε πίσω τις αντιλήψεις του μεσαίωνα και να προσαρμοζόμαστε στη σημερινή εποχή. Ελπίζω αυτή η κριτική να αποτρέψει ανθρώπους που σέβονται λίγο τον εαυτό τους να έρθουν και να πάνε σε ένα μαγαζί όπου θα τους συμπεριφερθεί με περισσότερη ευγένια...
