Like every Italian restaurant we've been to in Corfu, Al Dente also failed to impress us with their food. It's not bad by any means, but it's also not above average in taste and options. The pizza was simply decent, nobody would say no to it, but nobody would also remember it the day after. The pasta was boiled... Al Dente just like their brand name implies, the sauce was just ok. The portions were just normal, and so was the ingredient quality. The pricing was very reasonable, could say that it's according to the quality and quantity of food, so that's a plus. The service was relatively quick and the personnel was very friendly and professional. The chocolate mosaic with ice cream was just average in taste, a decent portion though. If you're in the area and looking for some pasta or pizza you can visit Al Dente, it's nothing to write home about, but you'll fill your stomach and please your appetite...
Read moreTrying to think of a word to describe Al Dente ,the word that springs to mind is "HONEST". Well prepared pizza with pastry of the perfect texture and thickness, as well as excellent quality materials. The pastas were even better. Sizeable portions with no economy on materials. Pleasant ambience all round. Very good house wine. The waitress was simply excellent (and helpful) and the bill at the end was decent (without any hidden extras) making the whole package excellent value for money....

We came across Al Dente by chance and are so glad we did. We ordered pizza, pasta and a Caesar salad — everything was fresh, full of flavour, and served promptly. A special thank you to Aris, who truly won my son over with his kind and thoughtful manner. The freshly baked in-house buns were a lovely touch, and the complimentary sweets at the end made the experience feel even more special.
Highly recommend for anyone after proper Italian food and warm...
