Dissapointing experience despite Being Regular Customers
We order often from this place because we usually enjoy the food. However, this time was disappointing. We checked the menu and prices on the restaurant's official website before ordering. The Crispy Nuggets were listed at €8, but when we received the order, we were charged €11.
They also forgot to include the Coca-Cola we ordered, though they did refund us for that part.
When I called to ask about the price difference for the nuggets, the staff explained that the lower price is only available if you order through the website—not by phone. This seems like a strange and unclear policy. If you're advertising prices on your official site, customers should be informed during the call that phone orders are more expensive.
Overall, not the best experience this time. Transparency on pricing and better communication would...
Read moreJust because it's street-food inspired, doesn't mean that there isn't stainless steel cutlery - but you'll want to eat with our hands because it's finger licking good - down to the last morsel! The souvlaki is perfection on a stick. The burgers, ah, the burgers - succulent, and need not help from toppings, nor bread - that is, other than the herbs and mustard sauce strewn overtop. As for the sides, the pita and beet-root dips are next-level, savoury and unique. The fries are light and crisp. Frankly speaking, this is one of those places that makes its way into your weekly schedule, just like movie-nights, and church. Part-habit, part-duty, albeit complete fun! I'm so thankful that executive chef Christos Ioannidis said "you need to try my Greek street food", because it needs to be tried, and enjoyed. TIP - pair it with...
Read moreBest restaurant I visited in the whole island of Corfu so far! Far from all the touristic and overpriced restaurant of the old town, you will find here authentic Greek food, snacks and salads (Greek salad here is worth the road), the quality of the meat and of the salads is definitely better than what I had chance to try in the touristic restaurants of the old town, quantities are more than generous. Mostly visited by trendy locals and youths, the waiters are lovely and willing to give you tips about the city, it’s really a great place to go if you want both to eat more than you can and to meet some Greek folks. Special mention to Danai who has been lovely with us and...
