Golden View Café - Localgerie and More — Restaurant in Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands

We were passing by and stopped on the road to see the view and decide whether to stay for a coffee with the kids. At this very second from the house attacked us a brutalized man around sixty with screams to go away, because we have stopped in front of his parking. I said that I’ve stopped on the road and the road is not his property, what’s more his parking is completely empty. Very quickly he came close to my car screaming to me and my family to go away because we’re not his clients. It’s hard to imagine how deep mental problems must have been obsessed this old greek to behave like this with potential clients. GREEDY OLD MAN, you don’t deserve to make business and to have clients. I wish you and your family Merry Crisis and Happy new Lockdown!

Arrogance seems to be inherited. I’m not a “photo stopper”, rude man’s daughter. I ain’t said to your rude father that I intend to make a photo! He did not invited me in your cafe. You lie! Visiting this cafe will a good start of another day on Corfu. The view os from Ionian sea of Corfu. The West coast of the island. There is one premise to sit in and a grande terrasa. The terrase itself is the place for hundred and more selfies and fantastic time enjoying the view. Prices are ok. Service is OK. My reccomendation is apple pie with icecream. it is inresistable. Parking is not the easy. Not many parking places and they are very narrow. Parking places are located almost on the street so watch out when your kids are climbing out the car on the road side. The owner was grumpy and pouting. As we understood later on , we didn't order as much as she would like (we had ordered a cup of coffee some orange juice and a piece of apple pie) and we stayed too long -there was angry staring)- we stayed approximately 3 hours and there were empty tables throughout our stay. She was extremely cordial and polite to other guests who ordered a full breakfast and didn't stay more than an hour. The prices were Okay, and the view is spectacular but there are other places with more polite oweners and personnel I'd rather spent...
