When it comes to fast food, we all think about McDonald’s, cheap, delicious, and fast service. But McDonald’s in Chalandri has got to be one of the best McDonald's I’ve been to. Not only was their service fast, but the employees were very accommodating and kind. The fast-food chain was also equipped with the new technologies wherein you can order through machines. At first, we didn’t know how to use it, but the employees were so kind that they helped us buy our food and even taught us how to use the coupons. I felt like they were the stewardesses of McDonald’s, plus their uniforms suited them perfectly. When it comes to food, well, you get mostly what the usual McDonald’s offer. I don’t know if it was like that every day, but all of our orders were freshly made. They were warm and savory. Drive thru lady got my order wrong twice, she was not very happy that being a tourist I couldn't speak English. I struggled to place my order as she continued speaking to me in Greek. The display had Greek language so I couldn't confirm what I was ordering. I was treated in a very derogatory way the second time that I came back to her to place an order and on this occasion she didn't put chicken nuggets in food. I called the manager to complain because by this point a night out with my kids was ruined because of their mistakes. The manager was apologetic and offered me a free meal. I think front facing people should have the ability to be able to understand what the order is and to give what is asked for. Especially at an international brand like McDonald's

I just ordered on with efood!!! After 50 minutes I receive my food cold!! I’m paying more than enough for junk food +extra delivery 3€ for a 4km distance!!!! Stupid idea!!
