We absolutely loved our meals at Akrogiali! It’s a family-owned gem with a truly local, relaxed atmosphere and beautiful sea views.

The food is simple, fresh, and incredibly delicious, everything we had was made with local ingredients. On our first visit, we enjoyed a perfect Greek salad, grilled sardines, and kalamari. The next day, we came back for more – this time trying the chicken souvlaki (amazing!) and of course, the Greek salad again. We couldn't resist.

We visited this restaurant while staying in the village as we craved some octopus and sardines. We were really impressed by the quality and freshness of the ingredients as well as the generous portions! The octopus was probably the best I've had in Greece, so tender! We also ordered the courgette balls which I fully recommend! At the end of the meal we were offered portokalopita (orange pie), one of my favourite Greek sweet and it was just perfect, accompanied by a glass of sweet wine from their own production. Splendida scoperta, dopo diversi anni a Samos: questo ristorante, sul lungomare di Agios Kostantinos, semplice, genuino, molto accogliente, con specialità greche ottime e super economico! Il personale parla anche l'inglese e si sforza di utilizzare qualche parola italiana. Ottimi ingredienti, appaganti porzioni e graditissimi sapori c greci! Abbiamo mangiato tzatziki, dei bans di zucchini (tortini ripieni di zucchine e cosparsi di formaggio crudo), pesciolini fritti (ben puliti, senza testa, dolcissimi e abbondanti) serviti con insalata verde e pomodorini e verdure ripiene (pomodoro e peperone), di richiesta, poiché non comparivano nel menù. Il tutto accompagnato da Retsina della casa e acqua naturale. Inoltre ci sono stati offerti dolci omaggi alla fine. Il conto? Onestissimo, al punto che abbiamo lasciato una generosa mancia, meritatissima, anche per la cortesia e la simpatia, oltre che per l'ottima cena.
