I made a reservation at CorTo for my first dinner in Vathy. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting such a perfect place. It has a magnificent view due to its location on the hill. This is probably the restaurant with the best view in Vathy. It is beautiful during the day and at night. It was very quiet because I went there at the end of September. But reservation could be definitely required during busy periods. Everything was great from the entrance of the place. The lighting, interior design, food, music and atmosphere are amazing. You can find wonderful Spanish cuisine. The wine menu is very diverse. The owner Elias guides you with very good recommendations on everything. The Gambas al ajillo and the Pan tumaca de cecina de leòn were delicious. With the restaurant owner—a talented chef who has spent considerable time in Spain—sharing his fantastic recommendations, we had an unforgettable date night.
