The setting is beautiful, but unfortunately, we can’t teach some people basic manners in the service industry. There’s a rather abrupt and unrefined attitude overall. In particular, the staff member in the red t-shirt who walks around the beach area (let’s say he’s a bit eccentric) clearly lacks communication skills and any sense of customer service. It feels like he was taken straight from the fields and placed here without any training. He genuinely ruins the atmosphere. This place could have been something truly special with better management, but instead, it’s being wasted in the hands of people who don’t seem to know how to run it properly.

We were planning to visit Glicorisa Beach in Samos because of their sunbed and restaurant services. However, we were informed that dogs are not allowed, which we accepted as their policy. Instead, we went to the sunbeds provided by our hotel's management in the same area. When our dog followed us into the sea, an employee from Glicorisa Beach approached and said dogs are not allowed in the sea. I asked if there was a law prohibiting dogs from entering the sea, and they responded that it was their rule. While they may not allow dogs in their facilities, they cannot ban dogs from entering the sea.

An organised private beach with access available to all. It's a beautiful part of the island and generally shielded from the prevailing northern winds. The restaurant overlooks the sea, but I can't make any other comment as I went straight down to the beach to find a lounger. The service at the beachfront is very fast/efficient. The coffee, not so good. I'd suggest they use evaporated milk instead of fresh and not be stingy with the amount of coffee they use. It's slightly more pricey than other places, but well worth the small uptake as the beach is clean, well-managed and comfy.

Yesterday we went with a company of 5 people to the beach to swim. 2 of us went to the beach bar and bought coffees and waters and then we joined the rest who were sitting at the end of the beach and not at the beach bar. Two of our friends were black. After some minutes the owner came and asked us were we were from and if we were from the refugee camp. We responded that we are not but he told us please i will ask you to leave and not come back. I asked why. He said that this is a private beach and you can go swim somewhere else. For the record,by the law of greece no beach is private and none can forbid access to anyone. A beach bar can only put sunbeds or tables at 50% of the beach. He kept insisting that we should never come back and that he doesn't want his customers assosiate us as clients with his beach bar. So he didn't want people of colour being in the beach even though we were sitting at the end of the beach far from his tables. Please, if you see him telling to people to go out of "his beach", support them because i happened to be greek and i could defend my friends but some people might not be able to defend themselves.

Also, when i checked the receipt we got, i realised that it was not a receipt but an order form that was not a...

The so called restaurant is a joke. Very expensive & the quality of the food is really poor. The menu is well out of date. No respect for customers giving their money. They are used to a secured profit thanks to the lovely beach below and therefore I am sure they have kept everything in their 'business' the same for decades. The people that serve you are bored to death, you do not feel welcome. I spotted people inside the kitchen smoking, giving a highly non-hygiene impression. If it wasn't for the beach this 'thing' would not exist! The pool 'rules' implied for sure by some silly 'manager' are just telling you 'leave and never come back'!!. The only people that are pleasant and hard working are the ones down the beach, well done guys no complaint there!! Enjoy the beach but DO NOT spend one penny for this low quality disgraceful...

Beautiful beach with worst staff…

We came to the beach around 10am in the morning and the sunbeds near to the sea were already reserved by staff for other “customers”. We didnt make it a big deal and found ourselves another place on the restaurant level which is fine but this time sunbeds did not have cushions. We kindly asked the manager for 2 cushions but he was again being very rude and negative, he rejected our request and yelled at us for no reason. At the end he said many things most of it were racist comments about turkish people… we argued with this guy 10 in the morning for no reason at all. Our day is ruined… If his job is irritating people then he is making a great job! Dont think we will come...
