Well first time at Shisan of Argyroupoli. Really nice place with an external area. The reason of my first time (in general) review is because of one person,Rafael. Although we had a really small challenge, Rafael with his professionalism, manners and attitude turn it all over. I’ve been to hospitality industry for too many years in Greece and abroad and there are few times I’ve seen a so professional employee. This comes from the clothes he was wearing, the tone of his voice, the calm attitude and the smile on his face. Salmon is usually my favourite and all the dishes - nigiri, tataki, salad etc where good with it. I did enjoy the crab tartare dish too, white fish and shrimp were fine, tuna was so so.
I'd like to say they could add some classics like ikura or ama-ebi, but maybe they are not easy to procure.
