Salt and Pepper — Restaurant in Municipality of Ermionida

Well we have been to restaurants around the world, the majority as soon a you step in , they greet you , showing you the menu and trying their best to keep you to eat ! Here no! We stepped in , browsing the menu by the door for nearly 5 minutes and no one showed any interest! We asked if they had a table for two and they said yes that one , again at this point they will take you to the table help you take your seat etc , here no in fact we were 2 and the table was big enough for 8! We waited for the menu for over 10 minutes again elsewhere before you take you seat they give you the list , here no! But there is a reason at the end apart of them being super busy , they do know that the food they serve is VERY GOOD , the prices extremely REASONABLE , and the location BEAUTIFUL! Will i go there again? HELL YES , will i tell my friends about the restaurant? Yes i will

Service was slow, but the food makes it worth it

The service experience left something to be desired. It took 7 minutes just to get menus – and only after we got up and asked. Then, another 20 minutes for the food to arrive, and even getting the bill took quite a while. There were only 6 active tables and 2 waiters, but things moved very slowly, and the staff were barely visible on the floor, which made communication difficult. The 13% service charge that’s added automatically didn’t feel fully justified in this case. That said, the waiters themselves were friendly and gave helpful recommendations.

Now the good part: the food was absolutely outstanding. Fresh, delicious, high-quality ingredients – every dish we had was a 10/10. Truly one of the best meals we’ve had during our trip.

We genuinely hope we just caught them on a bad day with service, because the food alone is 100%...

Good food, the drinks were good. However, the service could’ve been a little little bit better. We had just ordered some appetizers as we were not that hungry and it was 9 o’clock at night. The waiters seemed a little offended that we had ordered so little. After we got our food they never came back to ask us how our food was or to ask us fours we wanted more drinks or desert which we did but never ended up ordering because nobody came around.

We had to ask for our bill twice and it took about 45 minutes to get it.
