After we patiently waited over an hour for our food order (we had just ordered pasta, nothing fancy), when it came, one of the dishes was wrong and another too salty. On top of that, the response from the management for our overall inconvenience was unsatisfactory, since we just received a simple sorry, saying that we had to understand that they were too busy, even though every other table and take-away order was served just fine.
