My friend and I decided to sit and try out this new restaurant in our town. We were amazed by the quality and freshness of the food. From the second we arrived the service was top notch, our waiter was very kind, helpful, informative and was there for us to answer any questions we had about the menu and the food. We enjoyed every meal, we got edamame and ceviche as appetizers and the teriyaki salmon and the crusted tuna as our main dishes and we were shocked by how fresh the tuna was. Every bite was full of flavor! The prices are logical and worth the quality of the food. We also got a dessert in the end, the choux were incredible, fluffy and airy, very light! Overall quite positive, good service and menu. The ceviche was one of my favourites, salmon combo, noodles etc all decent. Nice desserts, both the choux (offered for free) and the ice cream filled mochi. Only the tuna combo was disappointing, the raw tuna was not as fresh as it should. I'd prefer it if they decline to serve sashimi on days when they can't get good enough fish. I also found one fish scale on a tuna roll, but did not bother me enough to complain about it, I am sure they would have offered replacements if anyone had an actual complaint, they were very nice. I need to start with the staff and I must say that I have never encountered more friendly and happy people to fulfil every request you may have. Ready to suggest cocktails and food and if you follow their suggestions, get ready to feel delighted. Three different sushi choices and one beef noodle later, we can definitely say that this is ,if not the top sushi bar in Athens, definitely in the top 3.
