This is regarding an order via Wolt

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from this restaurant, and I feel compelled to warn others about their deceptive practices. I ordered the fish soup (ψαρόσουπα), and what I received was less than half the portion size I was expecting. The amount of fish in the soup was laughably small—nothing more than a few scraps. Having had this dish from other places before, I know what a proper fish soup should look like, and this was a complete scam. Other restaurants include a medium-sized fish in this dish, while this place has clearly decided to cut corners.

As for the zucchini balls (κολοκυθοκεφτέδες), the menu shows a portion of six pieces, but I only received four. To make matters worse, the zucchini balls were completely drenched in yogurt sauce, which had soaked into them by the time they arrived. Every other restaurant I’ve ordered from serves the yogurt sauce in a separate container to preserve the quality of the dish, but not here. This is another example of their disregard for customer experience and quality.

When I raised these issues with the restaurant, they outright refused to offer any refund or resolution, showing complete disregard for customer satisfaction. This establishment is clearly taking advantage of their customers by overcharging for portions that are nowhere near what they claim to provide. Avoid this place if you value your money and expect honesty from the businesses you support. This was an absolute rip-off.

Στο sea bar διαπίστωσα μια ανισορροπία μεταξύ της ποιότητας του φαγητού και αυτή της εξυπηρέτησης και του μεγέθους των μερίδων. Ο χώρος είναι ευχάριστος και καθαρός. Μας υποδέχτηκαν με χαμόγελο και καλή διάθεση. Τα πιάτα που παραγγείλαμε ήταν όλα εμφανώς ποιοτικά, φτιαγμένα με φρέσκα υλικά και καλές πρώτες ύλες. Μέχρι εκεί, καλά. Δυστυχώς το μέγεθος των μερίδων ήταν αστείο. Ειλικρινά, δεν τους καταλαβαίνω... Αν είναι να έρθω, να πληρώσω για ένα γεύμα και να φύγω πεινασμένος, τότε τι λόγο μου δίνεις για να ξανά έρθω; Οι μερίδες δεν ήταν μόνο μικρές, ήταν και πολύ διαφορετικές μεταξύ τους. Για παράδειγμα, πήραμε δυο μερίδες μπακαλιάρο. Η μια είχε 3 μέτρια κομμάτια πάνω, η άλλη 3 μικρά. Η δεύτερη, ήταν κυριολεκτικά τρεις μπουκιές. Δεν θα χόρταινε ούτε παιδί τριών ετών. Επίσης ήταν μισή ποσότητα από την πρώτη.

Οι μερίδες δεν συνοδεύονται από τίποτα. Σκέτο το ψάρι στο πιάτο. Το ίδιο με τις γαρίδες πάνκο. Υποτιθέμενη μερίδα και έχει 4 γαριδούλες παναρισμένες και τίποτα άλλο. Και για ορεκτικό, θα ήταν απελπιστικά μικρό.

Για τα πρώτα... μια από τα ίδια. Νόστιμα αλλά για δειγματοληψία. Απελπιστικά μικρές μερίδες. Δηλαδή, θα έμπαιναν μέσα αν έβαζαν λίγους παραπάνω από 4 κολοκυθοκεφτέδες στο πιάτο; Πόσο πια κόστος έχει το κολοκύθι και το σερβίρεις λες και είναι χαβιάρι; Εσείς ίσως το λέτε γκουρμέ, εγώ το λέω τσιγκουνιά. Αν είναι να έρθω, και μετά να πάω και για σουβλάκια τότε τι να πω... ας πάω απευθείας για σουβλάκια.

Σχετικά με την εξυπηρέτηση. Έρχεται το πρώτο κυρίως για τον ένα από την παρέα. Το τελευταίο ήρθε 40 λεπτά αργότερα και αφού είχαμε παρακαλέσει ήδη δύο φορές. Δεν πήγαμε να φάει ο καθένας μόνος του Κύριοι του sea bar. Οργανώστε λίγο την κουζίνα σας, δεν γίνεται να βγάζετε τα κυρίως σε τέτοια απόσταση χρονική. Εσάς θα σας άρεσε αν σας έκαναν το ίδιο;

Αν πάτε ή να παραγγείλετε επί 3 (και να πληρώσετε επί 3) ή να πάτε ψιλό χορτάτοι.

Greek gastronomy at it's best! Fresh and delicious fish and other dishes that compliment your mouth and soul! We had the black risotto which is rich and delicate in taste and aroma, the shrimp carpaccio and also the octopus carpaccio in citrus juices! Wow dishes! We also had the calamari kontosouvli, a go-back-to-have-again dish, the athinian fish salad and the warm mushroom salad with balsamic vinegar and honey! We paired our dishes with a rose wine.
