Simplicity at its best; an amazing old tavern, almost hidden from the hustle and bustle of the modern city. In its lovely yard, we enjoyed traditional dishes, simply cooked and using fresh available ingredients. Meat and fish dishes were available and it's worth following suggestions of the owner and staff. A fruity draught white wine accompanied our dinner. I was looking for an ‘authentic’ tavern experience, and I think I found it in this place. Small place, nice outdoor garden surrounded by some olive trees - old school atmosphere. Ok, the waiter could have been more attentive, but then again it’s Greece… Food was good, especially tzatziki (finally with enough garlic) and traditional sausage were the best ones. Inside you get a perfect glimpse on an authentic traditional tavern. There are even objects long forgotten from the golden era of the old Greek cinema. The food is of excellent quality too!
