Cantina Kalamies — Restaurant in Municipality of Kalymnos

Very nice staff!! The chef was very relaxed and really kind. The beds were on the house. We ordered some cocktails, fresh juices and food. The cocktails tasted great, the juices were indeed fresh and the food portions were big! We didn’t have enough cash and told this the guy before hand. He told us to not worry about it and order whatever we wanted. In the end we were a few euros short. But he insisted it was on the house. It’s a very great spot to eat and hang out! Really, really nice place. We didn't eat anything. Reggae playing on the backround and beach right next to it. Stuff was very kind and they had time to chat with me a little while. Beer was very cold and pints were on the freezer. Atmosphere and decorations was awesome! I loved it! Bit of a weird place but very relaxed and not as crowded as some of the other beach bars. Two brothers run the place and have a pirate theme going, they're very nice and like to ask about climbing and where you're from. You can tell they love their life.
