Captain Kostas all day restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Kalymnos

What a disappointment, I traveled all the way from Myrties expecting a lovely Sunday lunch, probably had hi expectations because I was here the other day and had a lovely Greek coffee and ice cream which was very pleasant but this wasn't good, the hospitality was zero seemed that they only cater for their own, the food was also nothing to shout about the chicken was a little under cooked and the chips tasted of seafood : / and I also did not get presented with any salt or seasoning not even a napkin very poor service and won't return unless just...

Kalymnos generally doesn't have tourist traps. Restaurants and merchants are generally fair in pricing. I can't say the same about Captain Kostas. Sea Bream @ €70 per kilo. 2 people. No alcohol, 6 shrimps + fish + Greek Salad almost €100. Highly Overpriced. They exploit customers. Total rip off. The female wait staff were unfriendly, hostile, rude and unwelcoming. They exhibited a very hostile and angry attitude towards customers. They looked visibly unhappy to be serving the customers and they were not embarrassed to...

We were here today..4 of us....all day...we had breakfast...I had a special omelette.. we all had different...then snacks for lunch....drinks all day..then various main meals ie daughter had Moussaka..hubby had Tuna linguini..I had prawn linguini and other person had squid... We had constant drinks alcho and soft drinks in the 10hrs !we were there and ot worked out to about €40 each including a tip....and the use of sun loungers all day...I can't recommend this place enough...I only took photo of my own...
