Read moreThis is the place that made our 2025 holiday something to remember!!! A part from the fact that it is located in the literal Heaven on Earth, with beautiful water, mountains and pebbly beach, the taverna and terrace themselves are very cool, posh even, and perfectly maintained. However, the people here, some of the most fun, warm and welcoming people we ever met! They cared for us perfectly and yet effortlessly, gifted us food and wine to the point we wonder how they make any money with the place, and, most of all, took us in at their family party so naturally, as if we were their relatives from far away. The food is exactly right, but you must try the fried eggs and bacon in the morning, the greek sandwich and definitely definitely the Manouri cheese. In the evening go for the mixed grill platter and make sure to add more tzatziki and potatos, as you will not get enough of it! If you are as lucky as we were, you could get to meet Mama, the owner’s mother, who will dance the night away, putting all youngsters to shame!!! Hope more people enjoy this place as much as we did, and a heartfelt thank you to the people here who made this so...

Amazing beaches bring more qualitative tourism to the island, and therfore more revenues for everyone. Letting bars and restaurants spoil the beaches is dangerous, it is a short term view, and it is the whole image of Kalymnos that will suffer in the long term.
Please don t repeat the same mistakes as other islands did in the past. There is room for everyone as long as there are rules and that they...
