Pavlov Patisserie — Restaurant in Municipality of Kifisia

NOT professional people!!!!!!

We used to buy desserts for our selves but for friends and family as well from Pavlov’s lab very often. We have also ordered birthday cakes for our children’s’ parties, and desserts for many other occasions as well.

We referred this place to a couple of friends and they all received an awful service… Despite that, we wanted to give another opportunity to the people there because we were indeed very big fans.

And then our turn came… we ordered two birthday cakes for our children’s party, two months in advance, so as to avoid being late and hearing that they would not facilitate our order. The people there called us and confirmed the order within two weeks after our email to them. And then, three weeks before our party they called us again to say that they will not be able to accommodate our order after all due to other orders that came in. They did not even bother to apologize but claimed that we should be thankful for giving us enough time to find an alternative...

First of all we haven't got the chance to taste the Pastries and they might be very good.

I got in touch with Pavlov's Lab via instagram first. They told me on instagram to get in touch via phone or email. So this is what I did via email in order to share with them a request I have for a wedding cake. I sent them a lot of information, took a lot of examples of their creations for them to get an idea of what he had in mind. The overall goal was to get their view, maybe have a chat and discuss what they could offer etc.

Their answer was : none, zero, nothing, tipota. Not a single answer from them. I thought to myself that the end of the year migh have been busy for them, which I can understand, so I sent another email 10 days after the original one. Their answer : they were consistent with the perfect silence that followed my first request. I let them know on Instagram : nothing, an absolute Void.

I am rating their communication here...rating 1 star because I don't have a choix to rate at none,...

We used Pavlovs for our wedding sweets. Our first two meetings with the staff were wonderful. The tasting was fun and I was really excited about the design and flavors we had chosen and felt really reassured that our sweets would be delicious and beautiful. In the weeks leading up to the wedding we were unable to get in touch with Pavlovs to ensure everything was set for our day. We sent emails and made phone calls but no one responded back. Finally, the day before our wedding someone finally spoke to me and told me everything would be ready for the day of. When the sweets were set out during the wedding, they weren't what we had chosen which was incredubly disappointing. Whike they looked beautiful, the flavours and details werent right. We have tried to speak with Pavlovs since to ask what happened and provide feedback; however again we have not managed to speak with anyone. Overall our experience ended up being frustrating and...
