I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the service my son and I received at your restaurant last night. Having enjoyed your food through delivery on numerous occasions, I had high expectations for our first in-person visit, but unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant.
Upon ordering salmon Nigiri for my son, we were instead served salmon maki. Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but the way your staff handled the situation was wholly unprofessional and unacceptable. Rather than rectifying the error graciously, the waitresses created an uncomfortable and hostile environment.
To make matters worse, when the cooks began preparing the correct order, they sought clarification about adding wasabi, as the sushi was for a child. The waitress who served our table responded with a tone that was unnecessarily aggressive, saying with mean determination, “Now, we WILL put wasabi” in Greek. I am a foreigner here but it does not mean I don’t understand your language. This comment, coupled with her attitude, was rude, condescending, and entirely uncalled for.
I am utterly DISGUSTED by the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by your staff. What should have been an enjoyable outing for my young son and me turned into a disappointing and unpleasant experience.
As a loyal customer who has consistently enjoyed your food through delivery, I expected far better. I urge you to address the behavior of your staff and ensure they are trained in providing respectful, customer-focused service. Situations like this not only damage your reputation but also alienate customers who have supported your business.

When he returned, he was still holding the dish in one hand and the hair in the other, ostentatiously asking if “we are sure the hair does not belong to us since it is too big”, with no excuses!!!
Well, the chances of getting hair in your food are pretty slim, but it does happen and the least you need to gain from an employee is a simple apology. However, a delayed meal was all we got that day!
