Sweet Habit — Restaurant in Municipality of Kifisia

Came here for the sole purpose of getting my son an ice cream cone after getting his vaccines at the doctor. It was already a long day for 4 year old, and he was looking forward to his ice cream cone. I ordered a scoop of ice cream in a cone with rainbow sprinkles. It instead came in a cup, no cone. I kindly asked if they would put it in a cone since that’s how I ordered it and they said sure. They come back like 6 mins later and just put a cone on top of the ice cream cup. The ice cream was already half melted and the cone was just randomly placed on top. This led to a horrible meltdown, all he wanted was a very simple ice cream in a cone. And now he had a separate cone and a cup of melted ice cream soup. It was horrible. I asked the server why he couldn’t just put it in the cone and he replied they do not do that. Sooo crazy, and the worst part is that the servers just watched and bickered while my son cried and I tried to calm him down. We ended up going across the street to thanopoulos to get a proper ice cream cone (half the price and no drama). Not sure why this was so difficult. Would not be coming back again and do not recommend. If they had told me from the start that they do not serve ice cream in the cones they have, we could have avoided the whole mess. Very nice place with an open view towards a big round about/square. The inner decoration is smart and harmonious with the character of the place. The products are even with quality and a bit overpriced compared to a typical cafe. The crew are true professionals and obviously stressed by their overload all the times I happened to observe them during my visits. To my experience one of the top places to spend time at the northern suburbs.

20/08/2020 update. I visited the place with Be (my dog). I was working and he was peacefully sleeping on his favorite place right next to me on a plastic chair. A very gentle waiter came and asked me me to put him on the floor with various non pet friendly excuses. This place just descented from five to two...

Place is beautiful and the staff very good.but their prices and mentality, is unacceptable. I had a tea, which was more expensive than the glass of beer that My friend ordered. In addition, I asked honey for my tea ,and for a little piece they charged extra 50cents.ive never encountered something like that, its not about the money, it's about the mentality.i will never go again coz it felt like they overcharge and "steal" from me, and with so many competitors around, I would prefer someone who shows more respect to...
