We had dinner at this charming little establishment. I made it clear that I had a nut allergy from the start. However, after a few bites of the first dish, I started itching and inquired if it contained nuts, and indeed, it had walnuts.
Subsequently, when the rest of the mezze dishes arrived at the table, I couldn't eat anything else. I ended up vomiting in the restroom.
After 20 minutes, I decided to go home and use my EpiPen. The situation got really bad.
There was no apology, we had to pay the full bill, and I ended up feeling extremely unwell and had to see a doctor. Really disappointing.
Edit: the below reaction says it all. I really am searching for the right words to reply on this complete nonsense reply you have written.
When first ordering, i mentioned I had a mut allergy. The waiter clearly pointed out to me there were only nuts in the desserts.
After getting the first dish, i tried slme butes since there were “only nuts in the desserts”.
And no, when in life danger, my least priority is saying goodbye to someone who almost got me killed.
Edit:
The reaction below truly reflects my feelings. I'm struggling to find the right words to respond to the completely unacceptable reply you provided. Inhumane practices.
When I initially placed my order, I made it clear that I had a nut allergy. The waiter explicitly assured me that nuts were only present in the desserts.
Upon receiving my first dish, I ate some of it since I believed nuts were limited to desserts based on the information given. However, after a few minutes, I realized something was wrong. I requested a glass of milk in an attempt to alleviate the allergic reaction, but it was in vain. I rushed to the restroom to vomit and rid myself of the allergen.
It's not unreasonable to expect that freshly prepared food, is taken in a doggy bag (even in this situation), especially when you're paying for it.
Indeed, when faced with a life-threatening situation, my top priority isn't bidding farewell to someone who nearly endangered my life. I was just grateful I could still walk.
Folks, please avoid this place...
Read moreThis restaurant is by far one of the best on the entire island! My boyfriend and I came to lunch here and I can genuinely say we had an amazing experience. The food is incredibly delicious and the service was remarkable. The decor of the restaurant and the location is beautiful and definitely worth the trip to the Island. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make our entire dining experience 10/10… to the extent that we needed to get back to the port to catch our boat back to Bodrum and we’re unable to reach a taxi service, so one of the staff members drove us back into town himself!!
I want to thank the staff once again for the wonderful experience and the kind gesture of driving us back into town, in time to catch our boat! We can’t wait to come back to Kos and dine at your restaurant :)
I highly recommend...

The reason for the 2 stars, we received a bill which was at the bottom clearly stated 44,90 euro. But calculating all the items it was only 40,90 euro, so we asked the staff if this was the correct price. At that moment he flipped the bottom part of the bill and the back side showed the correct price of 40,90 euro, which was very odd that there were 2 different prices on the bill, and the correct one at the back side. This felt like a scam. Which they really don't need, because it was full and the food was good.
Unfortunately, the staff took the receiped directly when we payed, which was also a bit strange.
Would be alert and recalculate the bill.
Although the food was good, for us it was enough reason not to go back anymore and to rate...
