Coming from Brighton England to visit some friends and family and coming back to the city of Larisa after a long time away I was introduced to this new (for me Anyway) little pub / bar place by a friend who is a regular habitue (θαμώνας) as a nice place to watch the Saturday night big match on the tely while drinking great beer...but that really is an understatement. The biercenter is much more than just that. It has a private - like room upstairs with a big screen tely where up to 2 groups of friends can watch their sports (I d say it fits comfortably about a dozen people) while drinking their favourite beer or just sit downsrairs and chill with great mostly rock music on the speakers. But the thing that impressed me the most was the fantastic service, and the meze that kept on coming and it was freshly made food well cooked and very tasty...the prices are pretty decent too. We were lucky to find this pub on our way through Larissa. It was full when we arrived, we have a dog, but it was not difficult for the owner to "invent" a table for us. The beer menu is huge, mostly in Greek, so we asked the owner to bring us a Greek lager to his choice. And it was perfect! From Crete! We enjoyed the beer, and the plates with tapas that go perfectly with the beer started arriving on the table! Free of charge, of course! We really felt welcome!
