Mister’s Grill — Restaurant in Municipality of Marathonas

We came to Marathon especially to look at the Marathon museum. For lunch, we were very welcomed by the staff at Misters Grill when we walked in, which is not far from the museum when we much needed a very ice-cold drink and rehydration from the midday sun. There are plenty to choose from We ordered a kebab, not sure of the correct name as it was wrapped in a cone with paper and had lamb and chips down one edge. It tasted really great and would recommend trying it. I always visit Misters grill and it instantly became one of my favorite places in Athens. The atmosphere is welcoming and lively, the kind of spot where you can enjoy a relaxed meal with friends or grab something quick without feeling rushed.

The souvlaki was absolutely delicious: perfectly grilled, juicy, and packed with flavor. The pita was soft and fresh, and the toppings balanced everything beautifully. Νομίζω ότι όλοι εσείς που βαζετε 5 αστέρια η δεν ξέρετε να τρώτε η δεν έχετε φάει καλό σουβλακι στην ζωή σας. Την Πρώτη φορά παραγγείλαμε με την παρέα μου λέγοντας μου ότι είναι το καλύτερο σουβλάκι της περιοχής πλέον,εγώ έλειπα χρόνια στο εξωτερικό και μόνο για διακοπές ερχόμουν οπότε δεν ήξερα . Έφαγα το πιο στεγνό σουβλάκι στην ζωή μου με της χειρότερες πατάτες και" τζατζίκι"γιαούρτι σκέτο σχεδόν.μαλιστα "τσακώθηκα" με τους κολλητούς μου για πιο λόγο παραγγείλαμε από εκεί και τι σας αρέσει από αυτό. Άντε λέω,δώσε άλλη μια ευκαιρία στο μαγαζί,μπορεί να έτυχε.δυστυχως και πάλι απογοήτευση,η μερίδα ο γύρος ήταν σαν κάτι ψεύτικο, πλαστικό κρέας,χαλιά. Το φάγαμε μέσα στο μαγαζί και μας φέρανε ένα πιάτο με πατάτες παγωμένες και τηγανισμένες από το πρωί τουλάχιστον. Το τζατζίκι τα ίδια,γιαουρτάκι. Το μπέργκερ η γυναίκα μου δεν το τελείωσε όλο,το ψωμί είχε πανιασει από την πολύ μουστάρδα και το μπιφτέκι χάλια,η πατάτες του μπέργκερ η ίδια ποιότητα με την μερίδα γύρο που πήρα και εγώ. Να μην ξεχάσω να αναφέρω ότι ούτε μαχαιροπήρουνα δεν μας φέρανε, έπρεπε ζητήσουμε και μόλις ζητήσαμε μας φέρανε ένα και όχι δύο. Για εμένα, τέλος αυτό το μαγαζί.δεν θα ξαναπάω και δεν θα στείλω...
