Last Saturday, 8 September we decided to take a 5 minute walk over to a local restaurant that we’ve been to before. Being that’s it’s still “in season,” here the place was jumping. We ordered a bottle of Ouzo and then tried to find s couple of entrees to share. We decided on the Orzo seafood paella and the house special pizza with all kinds of great toppings. The paella was a shock neither of us expected it to be as tasty with as much seafood in it as there was. It was excellent. The pizza was delicious as well. It definitely paid off to take that 5 minute walk.

Last night we decided to make our life easier and go to a local taverna that was walking distance from where we stay in Porto Rafti. It’s been a long week and we were looking for some “local comfort food,” that didn’t require much thinking. We got a bottle of Ozuo and the ordered. My partner Melissa opted for a deluxe burger with all of the accouchrements and I had the special pizza.

You can tell we were tired, it was a beautiful night so we elected to sit outdoors to have our dinner. Everything was enjoyable and it came out exactly as we hoped. Very bad service. We came in the evening and ordered a hookah and cocktails. The cocktails were served quickly, but after a very long time we were still waiting for the hookah. We saw the girl responsible for it — she only prepared one order for another table and then stood around chatting with her colleagues, while we kept waiting for our hookah and had already finished our drinks. We had to tell the waiters that we were still waiting for the hookah, and only then did she start moving. When she finally brought it, we pointed out the delay, but she got defensive, saying that the complaints were unfounded and that she had prepared the...

The view is incredible Good service Good food More details: we had to wait about 20-30 mins for our food, which is fine. We ordered a poke bowl, 9/10 I liked it alot & a salmon which I’d give 6/10, it was good but it was a bit fishy. I don’t know if that’s because it was fresh or what. We ordered a Caesar salad, it was good 8/10. And we ordered a veggie and chicken burger. This chicken burger was really good 10/10, I wouldn’t recommend the veggie tbh.
