:( :( :( I was excited seeing a coconut smoothie on a menu. When asked the waiter if there is any sugar syrup, he was not sure, so he disappeared to ask it.. after he came back he told us there is no sugar syrup, just a coconut purée. "Great" - I thought and ordered it. In a reality the drink was just a sugar with ice - GRANITA as they call it in Greece, not a smoothie even close. When we told this to our nervous waiter, his reply was so unexpectful: fruit purée and sugar syrup is THE SAME THING. This so called smoothie was impossible to drink, you could use it to make a marmelade, yaaks. I asked to take it away and bring me just a regular tea. And what do you think? In the end we were forced to pay 6 euro for a thing we were wrongly informed about, as a sweet waiter said that what if you take 3 drinks and you don't like it? Won't you pay for them, YOUR FAULT!!! Such a pitty, beautiful place and unprofessional teenage...

Don’t really understand the concept of this restaurant. The interior design is quit nice and appealing. But the rest… DJ und music is unappealing and not a good match (Roxette, bob Marley, some EDM tracks). Our waiter was very friendly but the food just took forever. Menu is boring and I simply don’t understand the idea of some dishes. Some starters are even as mains way to big (Fajitas) and some are just the right size (Ceviche, tuna). The quinoa salad was ok but the starter called ‘vegan’ (cmon who would name a dish ‘vegan’) was just a Desaster - can someone please explain that dish? Payed way to much for what we got, and the waitings time was not acceptable. Even the offered desert, on wich we had to wait again for 25’, could not made up for the poor performance. Sorry…. had a very disappointing experience at this place. When I arrived, I was seated at a table without any mention that it was reserved. Shortly after I sat down, a staff member came over and asked me to leave the table because it had apparently been reserved for someone else. There was no apology, no alternative offered, and the situation was handled very rudely.

It was clear that the staff had poor communication and very little organization. The way they treated me as a customer was unprofessional and arrogant. Instead of trying to resolve the issue politely, they made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

I would not recommend this place based on the way they treat their guests. Good service is just as important as good food — and this place...
