"Pera Panta" Restaurant Cafe Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

Officially the worst service we’ve had in 4 weeks in Greece. Saturday, 13 September by the rude young woman working at 3pm.

Said hello and sat down with my partner. She then proceeded to check on 2-3 other tables and gave menus to 2 other tables that sat down AFTER us.

I went up to the bar to try to order and she was incredibly patronising, asking “where are you sitting?” and “I’ll come to your table.”

When I sat back down, she then continued to wait on other tables. When she finally brought over a menu after 15 minutes, I tried to order again directly without the need for a menu.

She then completely ignored us further and brought drinks to tables who ordered AFTER us, constantly looking over at us. When we walked out she had the audacity to smile.

To the owner: fire this toxic person immediately. Just because yours is the only restaurant near this beach doesn’t give you the right for your staff to treat...

Perfectly placed for a quick lunch while you're enjoying Livadi beach, with great food and an awesome service. Ο κ. Πέτρος ο ιδιοκτήτης του εστιατορίου δυστυχώς ήταν αγενεστατος εξ αρχής. Όταν ήρθα να μας πάρει την παραγγελία για τα ποτά του ζήτησα να μου φέρει μια φέτα λεμόνι μαζί την coca cola μου και μου απάντησε ότι του ζητάω πολλά. Στην συνέχεια που του ζήτησα να μου φέρει λίγο ψωμί είπε στις φίλες μου με ύφος " είναι και δύσκολος μηνός ο Αύγουστος". Εννοείται πως το ψωμί δεν ήρθε ποτέ στο τραπέζι μας όπως επίσης και ένα άλλο πιάτο που είχαμε παραγγείλει μαζί με το ψωμί. Το μονο καλό σε αυτό το μαγαζί ήταν ο άλλος ο κύριος που δουλεύει σερβιτόρος εκεί, ο οποίος ξεκαραρα ήταν και ο μόνος που δούλευε σε όλο το μαγαζι. Από την αρχή ήταν πολύ ευγενικός. Μας πρότεινε να αλλάξουμε τραπέζι έτσι ώστε να μην μας χτυπάει ο ήλιος όταν θα αρχίσει να πέφτει και προσπάθησε να διορθώσει τα λάθη και την αγένεια του αφεντικού του δυστυχώς ανεπιτυχώς διότι εμείς είχαμε ήδη ξενερώσει.
