If I could score 0 I would. Very nice looking place. Looked forward to trying the food. The service was appalling (I work in a good restaurant for 3 years so I understand service) there were a total of 10 tables and two servers, of which one kept disappearing to leave the other one trying to look after the tables. The one that kept disappearing, had a seriously bad attitude. As we were told there was no chicken (no problem) we asked for the menu again, the girl must have forgot because she was trying to do everything. So we waited 15minutes for said menu before trying to catch the other servers attention. Once we caught their attention, we were met with a look of distain and no more than a grunt to ask what we wanted. We asked for the menu and they barely looked at us or responded. We decided to leave as we assumed our order was not ordered due to me having to change my main course. To be met with such impolite service and attitude, how can a person be taken seriously if they don't know how to be in customer service. You only receive what you give out. Great murals but the sushi sucks. Saw the reviews and though I try out. The first disappointing thing was the lack of plates for 2. The mix plates the serve are meant for 1 person that wants to try out different tastes. The prices on the menu were great, so we ordered 4 plates plus beer. Only 1 beer and a small one 250ml, but the 4 plates arrived then I realised what small is. The waitress brought all the 4 plates into 1 and didn't bother to explain what is what, but instead told us about the cold ice design in the center of the plate as if it was something worth mentioning. When I order 8 piece plate I expect to receive proper size 8 piece plate. They downsize the portion and that's why it is so cheap in the menu.
