Nea Filadelfeia Forest — Attraction in Municipality of Nea Philadelfia - Nea Chalkidona

It is a beautiful and calm place, both for families and couples. I usually go bicycling with a few friends in its least visited side, which is only consisted of dirt, trees, benches and a tennis court. In the other side of the park you can find the large fountain/lake which has a small island in the middle. The drawback is that we don't have access to the island and the lake is sometimes empty. The new park is very well done, and hopefully the people in charge will take good care! Because it's not the first time that a beautiful park is actually destroyed , dirty, and becomes very dangerous, especially for children, girls/Ladies, and elderly people. Especially with so many Crooks and especially narcotic traffickers and addicts around!
