This unique family operated restaurant is the perfect example of gastronomic excellence. Every single dish is an explosion of flavours and senses. The quality of the food is simply unbelievable 😋 The green salad, made with freshly cut local herbs is a dish absolutely delicious. The huge lamb chops dish taste is something you will never forget. The home made traditional almost garlic sauce is something you have never tested somewhere else. Hand made wine leaves stuffed rice and meat (ntolmades)is a dish that many 5*restaurants would have been jealous of! The Balcony, To Balkoni no matter how you spell it the service, view and the food are supurb! The Goat was cooked to perfection with the flavors of cinnamon and cumin balanced to a mouth watering ecstacy that made my mouth and stomach so happy! The Squash Blossom fritters were the finest I've eaten, delicate rice flour batter, not greasy and the flavor filled with a local cheese, I'm ready to go back just for them! The view is the entire Stefanos crater and valley below. We finished with a Bitter Amond drink called Sumatha they normally make it with water but I asked to please make it with Soda Water, they looked at me a bit strange and I replied thrust me I know what I and asking. Το εστιατόριο βρίσκεται στο χωριό Εμπορειός, ένα χωριό σε μεγάλο υψόμετρο. Έχει εξαιρετική θέα στο ηφαίστειο της Νισύρου. Διαθέτει αρκετά τραπέζια, ωστόσο επειδή η θέα είναι μοναδική και πολλοί το επιλέγουν, καλό θα είναι να κάνετε μια τηλεφωνική κράτηση πριν το επισκεφθείτε. Τα παιδιά στην εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ ευγενικά. Όσο για τις γεύσεις: παραγγείλαμε ρακή, τζατζίκι (χειροποίητο, μεγάλη μερίδα, προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα, ειδικά αν σας αρέσει το σκόρδο!), τηγανιτές πατάτες (χειροποίητες και αρκετά νόστιμες), κατσικάκι (εξαιρετικό! Πρέπει να το παραγγείλετε ακόμη κι αν δεν τρώτε κατσίκι!), κρασοτύρι Νισύρου (πολύ ιδιαίτερη η γεύση αυτού του τυριού, αλλά μάλλον πρόκειται για ένα τυρί που προτείνεται για το χειμώνα με συνοδεία Κοκκίνου κρασιού και όχι τόσο για το καλοκαίρι), κεφτεδάκια (είμαι λάτρης των κεφτεδακίων και αυτά πήραν άνετα 5/5) και κολοκυθανθούς (δεν το προτείνουμε σαν πιάτο, οι κολοκυθανθοί ήταν τηγανιτοί και δεν είχαν κάποια ιδιαίτερη γεύση, πέρα από το λάδι στο οποίο τηγανιστηκαν).

Συνολικά, εμείς και τα στομαχια μας δηλώσαμε πάρα πολύ ικανοποιημένες και, αν σε αυτές τις υπέροχες και ιδιαίτερες γεύσεις, προσθέσουμε τη μοναδική θέα, το χαμογελαστό προσωπικό, και τα 40 ευρώ που ήταν ο λογαριασμός, έχουμε σαν αποτέλεσμα τη συνταγή της επιτυχίας!!
