Pyramid Restaurant Cafe — Restaurant in Municipality of Northern Corfu

We stayed at Pyramid City Villas, which are about a 10 min walk away, under the same management - so we decided to eat here on our first day in Corfu. What a mistake!! We arrived at around 8.30, they weren't busy but made a big thing about finding a table and then said that we had to order food within 30 minutes - which was fine by us as we were starving! We managed to order some drinks, and then we hardly saw any of the staff for ages - when they did appear they either ignored us, or promised to come back in a minute and never did. It was more like 9.30 but the time that we eventually managed to order. We then ordered more drinks and waited patiently for the best part of an hour - all very odd when they seemed in such a hurry! We eventually asked what was happening with our food, and were eventually told that there had been a prolem with the kitchen - since we hadn't had any of the dishes the only reasonable assumption was that they had lost our order. Dinner finally turned up at around 11.00pm and what a disappointment! Pasta was undercooked, and the portion sizes were tiny! We finished quickly - partly due to portion sizes and partly as we were starving, and asked for the bill. As we were staying at Pyramid City we were entitled to 10% off, we told them this when requesting the bill - but this wasn't deducted and so we then had to wait for that to be sorted out. And finally, they had the cheek to ask whether we would like to tip by card or leave cash!! We didn't bother going back. This was easily the worst meal that we had while we were in Corfu, and the worst service. I've seen lots of positive reviews on here, so maybe we were...

We had eaten breakfast here which was really nice. So we booked an evening meal.

We decided to have the Tomahawk steak we love steak and especially a Tomahawk we asked for this medium rare. I can eat it more on the rare side but I prefer medium rare. It looked medium rare when it arrived. I made a small cut to the side just to check and my husband who prefers it rare said it was too rare even for him. We asked for this to be cooked a bit longer. Which was not an issue to me. It was the attitude of the waitress that's did it for me, she proceeded to tell me I obviously liked steak well done!

When it was returned a chunk of the steak was missing but I couldn't be bothered to even say anything because of the attitude over the cooking of the steak.

Came here on a rainy afternoon with my boyfriend right at the start of the summer season. Very quiet at the moment (May) but we assume that when it's peak - it's packed.

Beautiful outdoor seating, lovely cocktails, fair prices, friendly staff, chilled covers of pop tunes playing that I obviously shazamed.

We played minigolf (€4 adult / €3 child). Loved it. Drank cocktails (€9ish) loved them. Chilled in the bar chatting. Love it. They have a pool table (€2) and go-karts (child only). The pool table wasn't available yet and they could have had some nicer lighting so didn't love that hence 4 stars. Happy holidays to...
