Having spent a week exploring the Lasithi plateau, and looking for a nice taverna to eat in the evening, Zorbas Tavern is the best. Das Highlight unseres Kreta-Urlaubs! Auf einer Erkundungstour durch das Plateau stolperten wir mehr oder weniger über die Taverna Zorbas. Es war sehr gemütlich, herzlich, authentisch und wir fühlten uns einfach rundum wohl dort, trotz der unglaublichen Hitze an dem Tag. Der griechische Salat war himmlisch, den selbstgemachten Pommes und dem Tzatziki schmeckte man die Liebe richtig an. Der Chef hat sich liebevoll und geduldig um uns und unsere Jungs gekümmert. Der Melonennachtisch aufs Haus war da nur die Krönung eines perfekten Mittagessens. Viele der Zutaten kamen direkt aus dem Garten um die Taverna.
