We went to this restaurant because we thought that being so many years owners of a restaurant they would have experience on how to treat a customer. Unfortunately we were disappointed. We ordered a pork steak , a beef steak and pork fillets. The portion sizes were good, but unfortunately my daughter’s food (pork fillets) was unacceptable. The fillets were so dry you couldn’t chew them. As soon as the waiter came and asked how is everything and we explained that we couldn’t eat this as it was very dry, but wanting to be kind we said that we didn’t want to return the plate as we felt bad doing that. Instead of taking the food away and insisting on making something else for us , they put it in a takeaway container and brought it to our table. I thought it’s ok they won’t charge it at the end, but not only they charged it as a full price of 22 euros but the owner didn’t even come to the table to try and fix our dissatisfaction. Read moreGreat restaurant had a couple of delicious lunches. Lovely staff and owners. Dolos salad was huge. Excellent kebab! A hidden gem. Service was great! They were very accommodating and let me order 2 half serves of the main courses on my third visit so l could try more plates. The wild boar was delicious as was the kebab again. We came back later in the year for another lunch and a dinner. Sad that they have put the prices up so much. The Dolos salad that was €12 is now €16. The rooster with penne was €20. l am sorry but that’s just a total rip off and it wasn’t great either, dry and no sauce. Highlight were the oyster mushrooms. The zucchini cakes were ok - nothing special. Beef ribs were dry and served with boiled potatoes instead of roast potatoes as specified on the menu and by the waiter. Fresh food, cooked so well, some dishes remind me of my childhood: Musakka is the best, steaks also very good, the mix Dips, if you are fan of Eggplant salat, Oh My God!! Bolognese pasta(the contain cinemmon/zimt) very good too and also Pork Fillet with wild rice is wow. Mamos beer is the best. And the personnel very nice! The location is also very beautiful.
