Terra Petra — Restaurant in Municipality of Petroupoli

Terra Petra is hands down the best restaurant I have visited in Athens! I was completely blown away by everything - food, service, views, and ambiance.

To start with, the food was incredible and so tasty. The menu was well-balanced and offered a great variety of dishes, which made it hard to choose just one. I ended up trying several dishes, and each one exceeded my expectations. Everything was cooked to perfection and had such rich flavours that it was a real culinary experience.

But what made my visit to Terra Petra unforgettable was the remarkable service and treatment. The staff were so attentive and friendly, ensuring that I had a pleasant time.

The view from Terra Petra was breathtaking - overlooking the whole of Athens - stunning! I honestly couldn't believe how lucky I was to spend an evening in such a mesmerising place. The place itself was also beautiful - three levels all with gorgeous interior. I couldn't get enough of it! Everywhere I looked was tastefully decorated and had a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Overall, I had the most amazing experience at Terra Petra - it’s undoubtedly the best restaurant and bar in Athens. We went 2 times, for brunch and for dinner. So I have 2 different experiences. Brunch was great, delicious food, generous portion and good prices. Order a gin tonic on the side and was very good too. Atmosphere was very good too, with a nice view of the city and a calm environment (5⭐)

For dinner it was a bit diffent, portion and prices still the same very good but the plate we order was not as good as the brunch was. And the atmosphere in the evening it's more of a bar type of atmosphere (and that's perfectly fine) but the music was a bit too loud for my preference. Altough the view of the city in the night...

Τα μοναδικά μέρη σημαίνουν μοναδικές στιγμές! Επισκέφτηκα αυτόν τον υπέροχο χώρο μετά από την ορκωμοσία μου και ένιωσα μέσα μου πως ο κύκλος αυτός έκλεισε όπως του έπρεπε, δηλαδή με εμένα δικαιωμένη, λυτρωμένη και με το κεφάλι ψηλά! Εκείνη τη μέρα εμπνεύστηκα και αισθάνθηκα έτοιμη να συνθέσω μία νέα ορχηστρική μουσική, της οποίας έδωσα τον τίτλο "Η δοκιμασία"! Όταν έρθει η στιγμή θα την τελειοποιήσω στο Studio και θα την κοινοποιήσω. Ως τότε απαριθμώ τα μέρη που με εμπνέουν για να μπορώ να τα επισκέπτομαι ξανά!

Πόσο δύσκολο είναι να ξεφύγει κανείς από τις εξαρτήσεις και τα πάθη; Ας πάρουμε για παράδειγμα το αλκοόλ• το πως το ένα ποτήρι γίνεται δύο, τα δύο πέντε, τα πέντε ένα μπουκάλι είναι απίστευτο• κάθε φορά είναι μία δοκιμασία των ορίων του κάθε οργανισμού• κάθε φορά συνειδητοποιούμε ότι τα όρια αυτά δεν υπάρχουν γιατί όταν τα πλησιάζουμε τα ξεπερνάμε• όταν όμως πίνουμε αυτή την ποσότητα πολύ συχνά επειδή μπορούμε και αντέχουμε ξαφνικά η συνήθεια γίνεται πάθος και τα πάθη δεν έχουν ποτέ καλή κατάληξη γιατί απορρέουν από την υπερβολή και οδηγούν στην καταστροφή! Αν είναι ωραίο να δοκιμάσουμε τα όρια μας; Είναι! Το θέμα είναι η συχνότητα για να ξεφύγει η κατάσταση και να διαπεράσει τη λεπτή γραμμή ανάμεσα στην "αντοχή στο ποτό" και στον "αλκοολισμό". Ας είμαστε πιο λογικοί και ας μην αφήνουμε τους εαυτούς μας να φτάνουν σε τέτοιο σημείο, γιατί έτσι θα κάνουμε και τον κόσμο καλύτερο!

Το Terra Petra ήταν πραγματικά ένα μέρος έμπνευσης για εμένα και την οικογένειά μου!
