This is honestly the best Cinnabon I’ve ever tried. I’ve had Cinnabon in many countries, but this branch truly stands out — I don’t know what they do differently, but the taste and freshness are on another level. If you’re at Cosmos, you must try it. Absolutely delicious and highly recommended!

Die Zimtschnecken unantastbar die besten, die ich kenne. Das Personal eine Katastrophe. Jedes Mal, wenn ich da bin (alle 3-4 Monate) denke ich mir, neuer Tag, neues Glück. Ich bestelle immer sehr freundlich und die Mitarbeiter schaffen es trotzdem immer unfreundlich zu sein und einem das Erlebnis kaputt zu machen. Man wird schräg angeguckt, die Mitarbeiter grüßen nicht, wenn man nach Servietten fragt, werden die kommentarlos einem hingeklatscht, wenn man danke und Tschüss sagt kommt keine Reaktion. Wenn die hinter dem Tresen etwas nicht verstehen, wird man doof angemacht man soll lauter sprechen. Also die Zimtschnecken - wie gesagt - sehr lecker, wenn auch hochpreisig, aber das Personal seit Jahren einfach nicht gut.

Του ζητήσαμε να μας πει τι είναι το κάθε ένα και μας είπε " ότι βλέπετε " Διαλέξαμε κάποιο συγκεκριμένο και μας έβαλε άλλο... Του είπαμε ευγενικά πως έκανε λάθος και του είπαμε ξανά ποιο ζητήσαμε... Έκανε μορφασμό και έπειτα αφού του είπαμε πως το θέλουμε στο χέρι μας το έβαλε πακέτο... Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας... Μόλις είδα ότι έχει κι άλλες παρόμοιες κακές κριτικές λόγω συμπεριφοράς οπότε δεν έτυχε μόνο σε εμάς... Αυτό που πήραμε ήταν φρέσκο, απλά είναι αρκετά ακριβό... Δεν το συστήνω καθόλου απο θεμα συμπεριφοράς...

2 stars because even though the cinnamon rolls were tasty and well baked I haven't seen a worse service than this. I went yesterday and I was waiting in front of a red haired girl and she completely ignored me. I have been to a lot of places where they always serve with a smile and this is the only place that doesn't. Besides that she only gave a look at me and then left me standing for 5 minutes (whereas she was serving people coming after...

Me and my friends were on a walk at the mall and after we got some lunch, we decided to grab a coffee and that looked like the best place for one. The double espresso was very good and as well as the iced cappuccino! Unfortunately we didn’t got any desserts, because we were full from the food we took earlier but they looked amazing, and will try them next...
