We came for a family lunch me, my wife and 12year old son on past Saturday late noon, when most lunch customers had already left. Salad came on time, but main dishes came late; it took 53min for the first one, it was warm-to-normal and it was the only one! After 5 minutes of waiting for the rest 2 plates, my wife started eating alone because it was getting cold. After 15 min of waiting, when my wife has eaten almost all of her plate, I asked the waitress why such a delay. She apologized without giving any reason and said that the 2 other plates were coming. I asked her if they consider that maybe we would like to eat together as a family. She said that she will report my complaint. After 7 min the plates came at last, 1 hot 1 mildly warm. No manager came to explain the delay (I was not hoping for an apology). After finishing we asked for the check and when another waitress came with the POS she said that we are offered free desert for the inconvenience. I replied we can only accept to have the whole meal for free and I will immediately reimburse the same amount to a child charity organization, otherwise nothing at all. She didn't say sth about my offer. In any case, I told her, if we wanted desert we would have ordered it. And now comes the good part: as we are arguing, a waiter comes with the desert and places it on the table without asking! These unbelievable people took it for granted that we would accept their delayed, insufficient and pathetic gift as an apology!! They didn't have the courage to say "we are sorry"! All the above in a place practically empty of customers, with at least 12-15 waiters visible outside the kitchen. A manager that doesn't show up (probably the guy with the beard, the only one not dressed up in the restaurant's "uniform") but instead sends a junior waitress with a free desert to cover their incompetence and non-professionalism. And for Crist sake, when you pay ~45 euro!!! for a carbonara, a parmigiano spaghetti and a butter & pecorino spaghetti dishes, which are not the most difficult to prepare you expect sth better...
Read moreLa Pasteria at Cosmos is a fantastic spot for an authentic Italian dining experience. The atmosphere was absolutely perfect – warm, inviting, and elegant – definitely 5/5 stars. The service was also exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made the evening even better – another solid 5/5 stars.
As for the food, it was undeniably delicious, but the pricing felt a bit steep for what was offered. While the flavors were impressive, the high cost slightly detracted from the overall experience, so I’d rate it 4/5 stars for food.
The overall resolution of the evening was excellent, earning a strong 5/5 stars. If you’re willing to splurge a bit, this is a wonderful place to enjoy great...
Read moreThe place is nice in a cosy environment. Probably the main Plus are the people that work there. Are kind, warn and the seme time high level professionals.
The food in that restaurant is good as well and worths its cost. This is not true in general for all the restorant of that brand so it was a nice surprise!!
Only minus: this annoying policy that "force" you to buy the bottle of water and some bread in the beginning. A lot of restorant in Greece do that, but still is something annoying that can destroy your mood in the...
