Akti Peroulia — Restaurant in Municipality of Pylos and Nestor

We had a truly delightful experience at Akti Peroulia. The location is absolutely fabulous – a spacious terrace perched above the sea, offering breathtaking views.

The food was excellent, made with fresh, local ingredients. The Akti Salad was flavorful and pleasantly surprising, while the Seafood Variety (with calamari, octopus, shrimp, and fish) was a real highlight. We also enjoyed the local Kalamata beer, which paired perfectly with the meal.

Service was very good – attentive and friendly without being intrusive. After our meal, we took the lift down to the beach, which was spotless, well organized, and a wonderful place to relax.

We have just had our best dinner here around Peroulia - we are surely coming back. The sea bream was excellent, as the grilled vegetables and the fried zucchini. Service par excellence. Good house wine and acceptable prices 62,30€ for a large fish to share, the vegetables, two beers and half liter house wine. We recommend it to anybody around the area, much better than Koroni or anything else. Not speaking about the fantastic view you have from the restaurant’s terrace and the great ambience, the refreshing air up above their small but beautiful beach. After swimming at the beach below we always eat here. The food is delicious and the views are spectacular. It is our favorite place for octopus and traditional Greek dishes.

You can spend the entire day. We tend to swim below and eat a late lunch. It is beautiful spot to swim, enjoy a drink from the beach bar and then go up to eat at the restaurant. The beach is swallow a long way before it gets deeper so it's ideal for games and snorkeling.

For the beach, be prepared to walk down stairs. Though there is an elevator available for part, but you still need to do some stairs. Upstairs there are showers/water...
