Agrinó — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

After 4 dinners at Agrinò, as a vegetarian, I can state that all food is fresh, high quality, and delicious. The place is furnished in a tavern style, and is mostly crowded with locals, but there is space enough, so it never felt overcrowded. The real star of Agrinò is the waiter, who truly loves his job and shares his enthusiasm with the people. Ask him about his job, he will tell you a lot about his passion; after it will seem you that the taver is more luminous, the people are not just eating but cheering and also the food will be even tastier.

We visited Agrino Cyprian restuarant with a group of 12. We over ordered but we had eaten it all, as all food served was so traditional Cyprian, and all meat that was grilled it was all grilled on charcoal, we could not stop eating all as it was/is so tasty.

A must to order is their sheftalies, the pork & chicken souvlakia are so tasty, the meat had been marinated prior and once cooked over the charcol the flavors combined will blow your mind. Have to say this is the best meat grill house in Rhodes, tasty, fresh, soft meat. Get the yoghurt scordialia, goes well with everything, the Cyprian version has dill in it.

Service was excellent, with prompt, courteous waiters and a ridiculously short wait for the food to arrive. English menu is available (alongside a Greek one), with a good selection of meats in various, Greek forms which are hard to spell... Prices are completely reasonable (meal from the picture turned out to be 50 EUR, which was cheaper than same day's smaller lunch). Food was simple, authentic Greek cuisine, and was delicious.
