Psitopolis — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

Ordered from this place using Efood, saying that the waiting time would be around 45 minutes to an hour. We waited about an extra 35 minutes (nearly and hour and a half) and decided to cancel the order since we had to get elsewhere food. When i phoned the shop to cancel the order, the guy who answered said that it couldnt be canceled and when i insisted that i couldnt accept the order, he rapidly raised his tone that his colleague had already left after waiting so much and then shouted to me to not order again from this particular shop. Very unkind and shameful person the man on the phone. Shame, since the food was good i had ordered before but the service is...

Normally, I like promoting local businesses, but I was too displeased with by experience there to write something positive. I was pointedly ignored even though I had been standing and waiting for more than twenty minutes, and even when my order was taken, they prefered to serve their take-away customers rather than me, the paying consumer who was standing there waiting to be served. I had been standing for more than forty minutes before my order was finally ready (overall time, one hour). And to make matters worse they got my daughter's order wrong! I will definitely not be visiting this place again...

A tourists review from Kallithea Sunwing: Hotel was overpricey and mid when it comes to food so we asked the hotel staff where and how do they order delivery food. They recommended Psitopolis with the "efood" app. They weren´t wrong.

The delivery was quick, the portions were huge and the prices were cheap, especially considering the long distance. Just the club sandwich meal was enough to last...
