GR Η καλύτερη ταβέρνα στην Σαμοθράκη!!!Η κυρία Σόνια δεν είναι απλά μια φοβερή μαγείρισσα αλλά και μια εξαιρετική χειροτέχνης.Το φαγητό εξαιρετικό,ποιοτικό και ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένο.Φάγαμε μια ποικιλία σαλατών, μία μερίδα κατσικάκι λουκούμι στην χύτρα με πατάτες και λαχανικά, κοντοσούβλι με τα όλα του, φέτα χειροποιήτη και ήπιαμε ένα μπουκάλι ντόπιο κρασί λευκό.Η κυρία Σόνια ως σωστή επαγγελματίας μας κέρασε χειροποιήτο γλυκό καρυδάκι και πραούστι (καλύτερο και από της Θάσου). Σαμοθράκη χωρίς επίσκεψη στην ταβέρνα "Πανόραμα" στον προφήτη Ηλία είναι αδιανόητη.

ENG The best tavern in Samothraki!!! Mrs. Sonia is not only a great cook but also an excellent craftsman. The food is excellent, high quality and particularly well-prepared. We ate a variety of salads, a portion of goat in the pot with potatoes and vegetables, kontosouvli, slice of handmade feta and we drank a bottle of local white wine. Mrs. Sonia, as a true professional, treated us to handmade sweet walnuts and praousti (better from that of Thassos). Samothraki without a visit to the "Panorama" tavern in the prophet Elias is unthinkable.

La nourriture est excellente, de grande qualité et particulièrement bien préparée. Nous avons mangé des salades variées, une portion avec des pommes de terre et des légumes, du kontosouvli, de feta faite à la main et nous avons bu une bouteille de vin blanc local. Mme Sonia, étant une véritable professionnelle, nous a offert des noix sucrées faites à la main et du praousti (meilleur de celui du Thassos). . Samothrace sans une visite à la taverne "Panorama" du prophète Elias...

Sonia, the owner, is not only an expert in cooking, but she is also a great hostess in making the guest feel like home, like eating at their mom's place. The food is super tasty and top quality products. She also offers dishes from other countries, like traditional Armenian and italian food. It is vegetarian friendly with verity. I definitely suggest and go again. Have a look at the pieces of art she has all around the taverna...

Being a chef myself, I can highly recommend visiting Sonia and her lovely husband. I love, when I go to eat and get surprised about new combinations of ingredients. We have experienced extraordinary culinary moments and came back many times during our visit.

Sonias food is 100% homemade, mostly local and cooked with all her heart. Places like this are rare. I can only encourage...
