We had both breakfast and dinner here every day during our stay, and the food was absolutely delicious! I'm a picky eater, but I genuinely enjoyed everything I tried (for dinner)— not a single dish disappointed. The relaxed, family atmosphere made the experience even better. Family owned & run traditional taverna restaurant set just a few hundred metres back from Marathias Beach.

Included on the menu are special dishes together with Corfiat & Greek favourites. All dishes use a wide variety of fruit & vegetables grown by the owners in their gardens behind the main premises.

The resultant food is delicious and the family members provide very friendly & pleasant service.

The son who served us was fluent in his native Greek tongue as well as English & German.

Overall this is a simple yet beautiful place to eat good local food served with real pride.

While spending our week on corfu, we were looking forward to try as many traditional greek dishes as possible. As Vrachos taverna was the closest restaurant to us, we decided to try our luck there. After a week of visiting, all we can say that if you want to get a full greek traditional experience you should totally check their place.
