Food is good but problem (note is only for beach place) is with stingy owner - they have some place on the beach and if you sit here you must NOW (doesnt matter time , 10 or 13 the same problem) buy caffe, beer and after 30 min more and more - they only look for money, they dont have rules - you want 2 bootle of cola? No - you cant because this is too small check for him to sit on his place beach :) you dont like coffee? Doesnt matter you must buy coffee because two bottles of nestea/sprite/fanta/cola and water is not much money for owner. We spent in 4 hours more money (food etc about 40 euro) but next day or wekkend (wekkend the problems great) he forget that you spendt lot money in 3-4 hours - imidiatelly now you must buy coffe (dont like but buy) - I have a lot friends arrive in greece and when they ask "is that place good to sit on beach" I tell them that are another nice places... if you go there for food - good place but on...

Second time in the area first time to sit down and eat. I walked up and down the entire strip before settling here - mainly because of the delicious smells coming from the grill. Got grandmas cheese pie crispy and very hot and very tasty with a beer! Ordered the friends squid (calamari) and was shocked at the size of the portion. It was huge on Greek standards! Crispy and hot - delicious. 8.50 euros for what I would pay $20 in the USA. No kidding. Loved it. Can’t finish the kabob I got , the appetizer was a whole meal. . Pavlos my server was excellent. Fast, kind and friendly. Made for an excellent last...

Fantastic Taverna, full sized delicious salads, flavourful starters, a juicy pork ribs portion with wonderful homemade sauce, the service was extremely friendly and genuine. The prices are so very low compared to the great quality of the food too. Of course the road is next to the restaurant which can be a little noisy, but it wasn't much of an issue to talk anyways. Seems to be a place locals love too, as we were surrounded by Greek families and friends. 10/10 would recommend, authenticity at its finest a minute away...
