By a pure accident we had our best greek feast here! The place is inconspicuous but so worth a try. The food was amazing - all from fresh, local ingredients. We had fish freshly caught the same day, a delicious greek fish paste with a hint of lemon and some other traditional greek dishes like tzatziki etc. The lady that took our orders was lovely - translating patiently the dishes and helping us choose. Quickly we learned that she was the owners’ daughter, when her mother came to the restaurant to cook our meals :). During our dinner we were gifted a few side dishes made by her - “to try” and felt very cared for. We came out really full as we weren’t expecting such big portions, partially because they didn’t have the english version of the menu so we weren’t sure what we were signing up for - but SO worth it. We had Greek salad, tzatziki, feta cheese paste, fired zucchini’s and eggplant, grilled fish, fried cod fish some fish paste (extra ordinary, perfect lemon note and nicely fishy but not to salty) and some rice wrapped in grape leaf. Everything was delicious and fresh the pastes and the fish was my absolute favourite. The owners were the nicest and they were able to recommend food for your preference.
