I went to the Concert Hall for Romeo and Juliet (guest appearance of Ukraine ballet). The hall itself is big and stunning BUT there were so many irregularities! First of all, how is it possible that for such ticket prices you play an audio of a ballet performance WITH AUDIENCE CLAPPING IN IT? Could you have not made the effort to at least cut that out, when you don’t have live orchestra? The speakers made a loud noise and glitched 3 times during the performance- this is unacceptable!! How do you allow people to film and take videos throughout the whole show? So many people were on their phones, clicking, making noises with it, the phones even rang like 15 times! The interior is well maintained and although not majestic, it is decent and you get the feeling of being in place of culture. Seats are comfortable and the view is clear. The reason for complain would be toilets showing aging and the "bar". I ordered lattee. They only served capsule espresso which was luke warm. Forget about frothed milk. Remaining menu consisted of satchel tea, French coffee, bottled water, packed juice, dry baguettes and some sweet waffles. A street trailer has better...
