Because we were staying nearby we decided to try some restaurants in the neighborhood and helped by the good reviews we decided to give Choiróphreno a try. Best decision ever! The host and his partner, who's the Chef, made us feel welcomed and well treated. At the end he made some really good recommendations. Unfortunately we were too hungry and amazed by how fresh and perfectly cooked everything was that we forgot to take pictures. We ordered the fried mushrooms as someone said in a previous review that they were amazing and YES, amazing is the right word as we kept saying how good they were after every bite. The chicken souvlaki had the perfect condiments and the sauce complemented it nicely and the fried zucchini were very refreshing. And also the dessert was on the house and it was the BEST cheesecake ever, from the texture, colour, taste and after taste were mind blowing.

I would definitely recommend this greek tavern! The food is absolutely amazing! The menu is varried and there are a lot of different choices with the best , fresh and tasteful ingredients! The decor is simple and welcoming. Its staff are very friendly, polite and cheerful. Make sure you leave enough room for their delicious homemade desserts! I' m looking forward to visiting it again!
