There is no option to reply to you in my review like how you responded to me, so this is how I'll do this. Dear Owner, What is truly unacceptable is your negligence regarding this situation. Instead of listening to what I am expressing and taking the opportunity to improve your business, you chose to accuse me of lying about what my friends and I experienced. Why would I lie on the internet about an experience I never had? Why would I want a business to lose its reputation or rating for no reason? That makes absolutely no sense. Additionally I have not left ten reviews “in a row” for this restaurant. I have written two other reviews, to really stress my dissatisfaction towards this decline in overall quality of the establishment, but maybe I was wrong with that and I apologise. And as for the “little kid” you are referring to me as, I believe I am showing far more maturity than you are through the way I am handling this matter. I am very disappointed, because I truly liked this restaurant when I first came with one of my friends. That day, we had a great time, the food was delicious (as always), and the service was excellent. But this time, me and my friends' expectations were not met, and were left severely unsatisfied, as I promised them we'd have a blast. English: Disrespectful and incredible! Just would like to share my bad experience at Mama's, although I have been a customer for years. Saturday night 18 march 2023, we book a table for 4, then we call again to adjust the reservation to 6 people for 9 pm. We sat, ordered our drinks and suddenly a waitress with a very rude way, requested to go sit outside because the table we booked indoors had been reserved for party. They just ruined our night because we had to find another place since we refused to sit outside in the cold. We WERE regular customer but that s how it is when you have amateur personnel working in the catering service.

Ελληνικα: Ασεβεια και απίστευτο! Θα ήθελα απλώς να μοιραστώ την κακή μου εμπειρία στο Mama's, αν και είμαι πελάτης εδώ και χρόνια. Σάββατο βράδυ, 18 Μαρτίου 2023, κάνουμε κράτηση για τραπέζι για 4 άτομα και μετά καλούμε ξανά για να προσαρμόσουμε την κράτηση σε 6 άτομα για τις 9 μ.μ. Καθίσαμε, παραγγείλαμε τα ποτά μας και ξαφνικά μια σερβιτόρα με πολύ αγενή τρόπο, ζήτησε να πάμε να καθίσουμε έξω γιατί το τραπέζι που μας ειχαμ κλείσει στο εσωτερικό είχε κρατηθεί για πάρτι. Απλώς μας κατέστρεψαν τη νύχτα μας γιατί έπρεπε να βρούμε άλλο μέρος αφού αρνηθήκαμε να καθίσουμε έξω στο κρύο. Ήμασταν τακτικοι πελάτες, αλλά έτσι είναι όταν έχετε ερασιτεχνικό προσωπικό που εργάζεται στο τομεα του catering.

Samedi soir 18 mars 2023, nous réservons une table pour 4, puis nous rappelons pour ajuster la réservation à 6 personnes pour 21h. Nous nous sommes assis, avons commandé nos boissons et soudain une serveuse d'une manière très grossière, a demandé à aller s'asseoir dehors car la table que nous avions réservée à l'intérieur avait été réservée pour une fête. Ils ont juste gâché notre nuit parce que nous devions trouver un autre endroit car nous avouns refusé de s' asseoir dehors dans le froid. Nous étions des clients réguliers mais c'est comme ça quand vous avez du personnel amateur travaillant dans le service de...

I do NOT reccomend this establishement. It scams and it has literally the WORST service EVER. The portion that was promised in the menu did NOT correlate to what we got. And do not get me started at the HORRIBLE service this place has. I waited 1,30 HOURS TO GET MY FOOD. Not only that, but the waiters there are HORRIBLE. I asked a guy for the check, never saw his face again. Asked a girl, had to wait 30 Mins for her to get the machine for my card. At one point, I went INTO the restaurant, she saw me, and said that she would come right away. 10 MINS LATER, I FINALLY PAID. I JUST WANTED TO GET OUT OF THERE....
