Second most popular beach bar/ restaurant in Vatera, food menu is ok but mostly preferred for coffee and beverages on the beach, like most beach bars the sun umbrella's are provided free for customers ( if you manage to find one available on the weekend ). 2023 Update: Friendliness towards customers seems to lacking unfortunately so 4 stars.

This place feels premium. It's not a place for traditional Greek food, it's a modern twist on how Taverna could be. Really good food, great service, very comfortable sunbeds and a beautiful beach. All of that at reasonable prices and a very welcoming staff. 5/5 fully recommend.

Είναι από τα λίγα καλά εδώ στην απίστευτη παραλία των Βατερων. Έχει sun beds που είναι άκρως χαλαρωτικό. Γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση αλλά και ωραίο μενού. Η σερβιτόρα πολύ εξυπηρετική. Φροντίζουν να σου καθαρίσουν και το στρώμα αν έχει άμμο (μου έκανε εντύπωση). Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα. The best place to be if you are in Vatera. The sun beds are perfect. It is not crowded. Quick service and reasonable prices.

We have been coming to Thalassa for over 5 years. It's always been super trendy with best cocktails from Yannis. Its mixed Greek and international menu. Everyone will find something tasty. It was fantastic! The best place to chill in lesvos. Food was amazing, the cocktails were perfect, and the music was at the right level, so you can still get those sea vibes. Huge plus were the safes in every umbrella. I really thought that I was robbing them! It's by far my favorite spot...
