Disappointing Experience at Broz – Worst Service Ever!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. My visit to Broz was supposed to be a relaxing night out, but it quickly turned into a nightmare, all thanks to a waiter named George. From the moment we were seated, things went downhill fast.

George was rude, condescending, and, frankly, seemed like he didn’t even want to be there. He barely acknowledged us when we sat down and then, when we asked a simple question about the menu, he responded with an eye-roll and a snarky comment. If that wasn’t bad enough, when we asked for a recommendation, he practically threw his hands up in frustration as if we were bothering him.

The food was fine, but the entire experience was ruined by George’s aggressive attitude. He was short with us throughout the entire meal, almost as if he was trying to pick a fight. We weren’t the only table he was treating this way either – we saw him act the same with other guests.

We tried to be polite, but it became clear that he just didn’t care. Service is a huge part of dining out, and if Broz is going to keep employing someone like George, I won’t be coming back. Definitely not worth the visit. A shame, because the food could have been good if the service hadn’t been so atrocious.

Avoid this place if you’re looking for a pleasant experience. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to deal with that level...

We ordered food and waited for one hour until we realise that people sit next to us and their food has been delivered for 5 to 10 minutes, while we waited already 1 hour. We spoke with the waiter about it, and he explained that their food is easy to prepare, but 15 minutes after that we saw they deliver to their table food that looks like ours and we asked again what is going on, and the waiter said that our food will be ready up to 5 to 10 minutes and because my child wanted that particular food, I waited 15 minutes more until we saw another 3 tables has been srved with similar food like ours and our food was not still on our table. Meanwhile when the first time I've asked where is my food, I ask for discount for the delay and they said that they don't offer any discount too. So no, food, no discount, no appology, nothing. I am amazed how for hour and a half they couldn't make our food or come to ask to order something else if they have missing ingredients. For me, this is not a place which I will refer to...

Unbelievable Burger 🍔🤩 very long time since I had an ORIGINAL burger. Proper meat, proper buns, proper dressing. Almost perfect. Very polite service with smart interaction and a smile you can see behind the covid masks. Very honest prising ! They really make the deference in the area that has an 80s feeling. They bring you back to the right century with their food. Bravo guy's I was impressed and is not an easy thing to do ! Just don't change anything. Small advice, when you serve a burger for a kid if not otherwise ordered the burger must be well cooked. I will come back to order take way 4-5...
