⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect!

If you are anywhere near Ammoudia or Parga, you must visit Theodori's fish restaurant called ROXANI.The experience is simply unforgettable! The fish is incredibly fresh – you can taste the sea in every bite – and the cooking is nothing short of perfection. Theodori clearly knows his craft and prepares everything with passion and authenticity.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the portions are generous, and every dish feels like it was made just for you. From the first appetizer to the last bite, everything was delicious. Easily one of the best seafood meals we have ever had in this area so far ( and beyond ).

Excellent food! Excellent service! Excellent atmosphere! I can't express how much I appreciate the food, service and atmosphere Theo and his lovely wife offered. We had both appetizer and main course paired with fantastic Greek white and red wine, and it's for a good reason we went to Roxani five evenings in a row! Over these days we had lamb, iberico pork, beef steak, grilled shrimps, mussels tuna and cod which was all magnificent main courses! As for the appetizers we had grilled vegetables, goat cheese. and our absolute favourite, bougiourdi feta cheese with spicy paprika and tomatoes. Kudos to the chef! As mentioned, I can't express my gratitude the way you deserve, but I thank you so very much for really making our stay in Ammoudia absolutely perfect! And for the Ammoudia travellers reading this, you don't want to miss...

Simply the best. I was lucky enough to experience becoming 'part of Roxannes family' for a weeks time, and it was simply amazing. Great service, the best food and (Greek!) wine selection in town, heart warming and loving family. Also the location is great for many city and adventure trips nearby, and great big beach in a bay well suited for children. Other recommendations: pita Gyros lunch at the twin sister by the supermarket, and a nightly drink at the infamous G-spot!

I will definitely stay in touch and return in the future, hopefully with a family of my own!

Only reason not to recommend is risk of so much future succes it will be full when I want...
