We rented two sunbeds and two umbrellas. The beach itself was quiet, but the service was absolutely terrible. One of the waiters was extremely rude—he even tried to charge us twice, claiming we hadn’t paid, until we showed him the receipt.

Lunch was a disaster: endless waiting times even though the place was almost empty. They gave us a menu at the umbrellas, but when we ordered, they suddenly said food could only be served at the restaurant—clearly just to make us spend more. While we were eating, our small table (assigned to the umbrellas) mysteriously disappeared and our belongings were moved, even though the same waiter was constantly hovering around the area. We strongly suspect it was him. Later, he even demanded we move the sunbeds back to their original position, simply because we had shifted them to avoid the direct sun.

Before leaving, staff came over to tell us to throw away all our rubbish. Of course we wouldn’t have left it there, but there are polite ways to say such things. The same waiter even followed a little girl back to her umbrella to make sure they weren’t “consuming” without renting one—completely inappropriate behavior. To top it all off, some drinks we had bought also went missing.
